NFC stands for Near Field Communication. It is a short-range wireless technology that allows two devices to communicate with each other when they are brought close together.
Most phones from 2014 and onwards have NFC capatiblity. Some phones may require you to turn on NFC first.
This is a great question. We have had clients get 126 reviews in one month but it really comes down to how many people you ask. You should actively make it a priority to ask your customer for a review at some point throughout your interaction. This could be when you give the bill. It could be whilst they wait for their food to be prepared. For example, a fish and chip shop ask all their customers to leave a review whilst they wait for their order to be completed. Bare in mind a lot of you customer a regulars so It's very easy to get a review before they have eaten their food.
